Contributions
For those who can afford to contribute, we welcome any support that you can offer.
Generally we try to keep our costs low – providing a simple yet inspiring venue for shared practice. Our major expenses are the costs associated with a venue for meditation, and bringing Ven. Lama Assi and other teachers to Christchurch.
We hope that one day Rigdrol Yeshe will grow and benefit many people. More important, however, is that at every step of the way we keep practising Buddhism to the best of our ability, and build a stable foundation.
Donations
There is a donations box in our practice room. You may also pay donations directly into our bank account (details below). Let us know if you need a receipt for tax purposes. We are very happy to receive any contributions, large or small. Generosity is one of the six perfections, or paramitas, which we cultivate as part of the Buddhist path.
Regular Contributions
You can support Rigdrol Yeshe by making regular monthly payments, or ad hoc payments as you are able to. For regular practitioners, it is easiest if you set up an automatic payment from your own bank account.

Financial Management
All financial contributions belong to the Rigdrol Yeshe Buddhist Institute, a registered charitable trust, and are carefully handled in accordance with the provisions in our trust deed. All regular participants in our activities are invited to attend meetings where significant budgeting and planning decisions are made.
